Job Summary

We require an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with day-to-day operations at our test centre. This will involve verifying customer identification, explaining exam procedures, and maintaining a clean and comfortable testing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures using careful judgment.
  • Verify customer personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to sit for long periods of time, and have good attention to detail. Previous experience working with Microsoft Office is desirable, but not essential.
