Senior Governance Advisor

About the Company:

Graff Search is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Governance Advisor to join a leading retail and consumer bank in Central London.

The role will involve providing strategic guidance on corporate governance matters, working closely with the Head of Legal and other key stakeholders.

Salary:

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

This role will require you to provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including reviewing and updating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also support the Company Secretary in arranging meetings, preparing minutes, and communicating with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in corporate governance, with a strong understanding of FCA and/or PRA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
