Job Title: Japanese-speaking Vice President of Project Finance

Centre People is seeking a highly skilled Japanese-speaking Vice President to join our team in London. As a key member of our European Corporate Banking Department, you will be responsible for business planning and promotion, business management, change management, and other planning-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement practical business plans and strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  2. Monitor and report key performance indicators, including P/L, RWA, and headcount, to senior management.
  3. Support senior management in determining optimal resource allocation, including headcount, budget, and target setting.
  4. Initiate and coordinate change projects.
  5. Perform other ad-hoc planning-related tasks as requested by senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Banking business, particularly in Japanese Businesses.
  2. Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese.
  3. Excellent PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Strong coordination, management, and leadership skills.
  5. Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Data management and analysis skills.
  7. Understanding of strategy and policy.
  8. Experience in liaising between Head Office and the region.
  9. Permanent resident or able to work without visa sponsorship.
