About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Charity and Not-for-Profit Sector Accountant to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our audit and accounts preparation services team, you will assist in the delivery of statutory audits and accounts for charity and not-for-profit sector clients. Your work will be approximately 50% audit and 50% accounts, with an equal emphasis on both sectors.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing draft corporation tax and business tax computations, assisting on ad-hoc project work, and providing support to the audit team. You will also assist in the delivery of audit and accounts assignments for charity and not-for-profit sector clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. Your duties will include displaying commercial awareness, having a working knowledge of financial reporting standards and international standards for auditing, and being able to use a variety of bookkeeping software. Ideally, you will have assisted on audits, including planning, preparation, and completion.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 FTE, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually to a maximum of 26 plus bank holidays, as well as access to an excellent flexible benefits scheme and continuous training and development opportunities.
