Maintenance Equipment Specialist

As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering Team at TQR Careers, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Engineer to work at our Plymouth site. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment through regular PM tasks and other maintenance activities as required according to the equipment maintenance plan.
The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and be willing to expand their skills and experience. They will work closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented and will provide leadership for TPM activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment by performing AM/PM activities, ensuring activities are completed on-time and executed according to the plan.
- Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented.
- Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness.
- Provide leadership for TPM activities as required.
