This role is responsible for leading the Commercial Effectiveness team in Europe, driving performance and delivering success to customers. The Senior Manager will oversee the regional Commercial Performance program, implementing a multi-year savings pipeline to ensure year-over-year results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the regional segment engagement plan and governance to drive strategic collaboration and accelerate performance between Commercial and segments.
- Provide a connection point between Commercial and regional segment leadership teams to provide visibility of performance, identify opportunities and risks, and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Role model brilliant business partnering with segment stakeholders to maximize value of service to customers and simplify the user experience.
- Partner to scale and mature the Commercial Voice of the Customer activities, providing insights back to relationship managers and Commercial leadership.
- Amplify the voice of Commercial customers within Commercial, and amplify the success of Commercial within customers.
- Drive a performance-based mindset through KPIs to successfully embed a performance culture with Commercial and the business.
- Contribute strongly to the development, communication, and delivery of agreed business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Champion 'Mindsets and Behaviors' activities across the organization.
- Support Commercial long-term strategy execution as required.
