Arrow House is a residential care facility providing support to adults with Autism/ Learning Disability. Our team at Arrow House is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and promoting independence in our residents.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Adult Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work 43 hours per week, including 12 hour shifts, and will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is up to £28,441.92 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including funded qualifications, annual leave entitlement, life assurance, and pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and administering medication.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their community.
- Maintain accurate records of resident's care plans and progress.
