About the Company:Options Autism is a leading provider of education and care for individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary up to £28,441.92 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:This role involves providing high-quality care and support to adults with mild to severe learning disabilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
You will work as part of a care team to provide physical, social, emotional, and personal care needs, ensuring a comfortable home environment where individuals feel valued, happy, secure, and empowered to become active citizens within their community.
The ideal candidate will have patience, resilience, and calmness, with a big heart and passion to make a difference in the lives of those we support.
