About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commis Server to join our team at La Dame de Pic London. As a Commis Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fine dining restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the success of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Rang with service to ensure the plates, silver, and pass are cleaned at all times.
- Complete mise en place prior to service and continuously replenish during service.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
