About La Dame de Pic London:
La Dame de Pic London is a new culinary landmark in the city, offering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. As the first UK restaurant by Anne-Sophie Pic, the only current French female chef to hold three Michelin stars, La Dame de Pic London showcases Anne-Sophie's unique culinary identity with dishes that are rich in powerful and unexpected flavor combinations, complemented by a carefully curated wine list.
About the Role of Commis Server:
The Commis Server is an integral part of the La Dame de Pic Front of House team, assisting the Chef de Rang with service to ensure the plates, silver, and pass are cleaned at all times and the mise en place is completed prior to service and continuously replenished during service.
