Lead a Premier Hospitality Venue

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of London's most iconic and stunning hospitality venues. As a dynamic leader, you will inspire a dedicated team and ensure guests enjoy an unparalleled experience in this unique venue.

About the Venue:

Located in a landmark building with a rich history, this venue combines architectural grandeur with a vibrant, contemporary offering. Featuring a mix of elegant dining areas, private event spaces, and a sophisticated bar, the venue is a hub for memorable occasions and excellent service.

Your Role:
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience, from the warm welcome to the last farewell.
  • Oversight of all aspects of operations, including F&B service, events, and maintenance of this historic space.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Financial management, including budgeting, controlling costs, and analyzing P&Ls to ensure profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and local stakeholders to enhance the venue's reputation.
About You:
  • Proven track record as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a premium hospitality setting.
  • Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of operations.
