Job Overview: CV Library is seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering IT projects and resolving technical issues remotely and on-site when required. You will work closely with our Service Desk team to provide excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve a wide range of 3rd Line level tickets and deliver various projects.
  2. Plan, deliver, and lead specific IT projects, utilizing your technical expertise and leadership skills.
  3. Work in a Service Desk environment, providing excellent customer service and support.
  4. Utilize strong networking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  5. Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  6. Install software and hardware on PCs, Macs, tablets, and mobile devices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Senior-level IT Support roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning, delivering, and leading IT projects.
  • Previous experience working in a Service Desk environment.
  • Strong networking skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to install software and hardware.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
