The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project delivery, risk management, and team leadership. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.

About the Position:
  1. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. You will work closely with our contractors, who specialize in energy engineering solutions for various industries.
  3. Effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies will be crucial in this role.
  4. You will lead project meetings, including 'Project Kick Off' sessions and design reviews.
  5. You will present project progress to Directors and ensure that all project gates, controls, and deliverables meet expectations.
  6. You will instigate HAZID and HAZOP meetings when required and ensure accurate financial management systems reflect actual progress and forecast costs.
  7. You will mentor junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and competence.
  8. You will support Sales teams in bid preparation, addressing technical, operational, and commercial aspects.
