About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Boux Avenue. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure that merchandise is displayed and stocked in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Operations: Assist with the efficient operation of the sales floor, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
