About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our Nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team to ensure residents receive the best care and meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
  • Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
  • Train, support, and mentor others to promote best nursing practice.
  • Encourage positive working relationships within the team.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
