Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a beautiful Nursing home in Campsea Ashe. As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team to ensure residents receive the best care and meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the Nursing home maintains the highest standards of clinical care and governance.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the best possible care for residents.
  • Train, support, and mentor other nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of the Nursing home's clinical strategy and ensure it is aligned with the company's overall goals.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make clinical decisions.
