Job Overview

The German Sales role at Salt is a highly sought-after position for experienced professionals looking to drive growth and success in the rapidly expanding FMCG market. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European sales landscape, with a strong focus on the DACH region.

We are seeking a skilled Business Development/Key Account Manager to join our team and lead the way in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across designated markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

In this role, you will conduct in-depth market analyses to identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives, regularly reporting on market conditions, team performance, and sales results to senior management.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of £55,000 - £50,000 per annum salary
  • Fluent in German
  • Experience in team leadership, with a track record of developing and managing a successful sales team
  • Strong understanding of FMCG landscape and business development or sales within Europe, ideally DACH & Poland markets, with a strong network of contacts in these regions
