Salary: £26,000 P/A
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in all aspects of financial collections and debt recovery.
- Familiarity with credit agencies and associated processes.
- A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Confidence in working with Excel spreadsheets and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP Business One (advantageous, but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, you will be:
- Fully responsible for managing your own ledger and ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Proactively contacting customers to resolve any issues and meet both individual and team targets.
- Accurately allocating all incoming payments to customer accounts and maintaining an up-to-date and detailed ledger.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and addressing queries or directing them to the appropriate departments.
