Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our dynamic finance team at Adecco. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow.
- Accurately allocate incoming payments to customer accounts and maintain a detailed ledger.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure efficient communication.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and address concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in credit control with experience in managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competency in Excel and Outlook, with experience in SAP Business One a plus.
