Sales Ledger Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to join our finance team at Resourcery Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales ledger records, processing invoices, and managing cash receipts.
Key Accountabilities- Raise sales ledger invoices in a timely manner and ensure accurate allocation of cash receipts.
- Chase debt and investigate and resolve any invoice queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain sales prices and discounts within our ERP system and set up and maintain customer, depot, and finished goods records.
- Provide the Head of Finance with regular updates on overdue accounts and cover other finance team functions as required.
- Proven experience of sales ledger and credit control within a medium to large organization.
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience of ERP systems.
- Ability to work accurately within tight timescales and maintain good interpersonal skills.
- AAT part-qualified or willing to study.
