Shopper Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at McCormick UK Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper media plans that drive sales and brand growth.
Main Responsibilities- Support the development of best-in-class activation within customer environments through the creation and implementation of shopper media plans.
- Manage smaller channels such as Convenience, Discounters, and Ireland, ensuring effective execution and optimization of marketing initiatives.
- Develop equipment solutions and bring shopper initiatives to life in these channels, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
This role operates in a hybrid working model, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business and customers.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of shopper marketing principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
