Job Summary

As a Silicon Design Engineer within the logical design team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality micro-architecture and RTL for Graphcore chips. You'll work closely with other engineers to ensure the silicon team meets company objectives for silicon delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop micro-architecture and RTL for Graphcore chips
  • Collaborate with the logical design team and other silicon teams to ensure successful silicon delivery
  • Contribute to shared design infrastructure and flows
  • Use EDA tools and the Graphcore design flow to design cutting-edge technologies
  • Provide feedback to Physical Design, Verification, and DFT teams
Requirements
  • Logical design experience in the relevant industry
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
  • Ability to program, required to solve design issues (e.g., Python, Tcl)
  • Knowledge of digital design flows
  • Processor design, arithmetic pipeline design, floating-point design, design for test, timing analysis, project planning
