We are looking for an experienced plumber to join our team at Prestige. As a social housing specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across properties in the Barnet area of North West London.

Job Requirements

You must have a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent experience in plumbing. Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance is desirable. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality services to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
  • Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty heating systems, and general plumbing problems
  • Work on a variety of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with tenants to ensure satisfaction with repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
