Plumber Wanted

A skilled and experienced plumber is required to join our team at Prestige. As a social housing specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across properties in the Barnet area of North West London.

We are seeking a qualified plumber with relevant experience to work on a variety of plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. Your excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail will ensure that you deliver high-quality services to our tenants.

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
• Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty heating systems, and general plumbing problems
• Work on a variety of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with tenants to ensure satisfaction with repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Qualified plumber with relevant experience (City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving license (as van and fuel card are provided)

• £20 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
• Company van and fuel card provided
• Tools and equipment supplied
