Location: White Swan Inn

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at White Swan Inn. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor your team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
