Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in West Bridgford, Nottingham. This role involves supporting 13 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health to achieve their aspirational goals and become more independent.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, supporting them to develop their interests and skills. If you enjoy visiting garden centres, doing arts and crafts, and watching movies, this might be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and become more independent
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Support Worker, ideally supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic
  • Reliability, honesty, and determination
  • A problem-solving approach and resilience
