NES Fircroft is hiring an experienced Operations Technician to join their team in Dorset, UK. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the Oil & Gas sector.

About the Role

As an Operations Technician, you will work a shift pattern that includes 7 x 12-hour days, 3 off, and 7 x 12-hour nights, 18 off. You will also be required to work an additional 15 contracted shifts per year outside of the regular rotation.

You will need to have a strong technical background, minimum HNC or equivalent, and experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals. Familiarity with SIRP, PTW, Process Safety, and ORA is also essential.

Compensation Information

We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, which includes a salary of approximately £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package also includes health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
