  • A Salary of £35,000-£40,000 circa (dependent on experience) is offered for this role.
  • The CNC Setter will be responsible for working from drawings, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks.
  • The successful candidate will have an apprenticeship time served in Mechanical Engineering, with Toolmaking beneficial.
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Experienced within CNC machining
    • Experience in CNC setting/operation preferably with Fanuc/Mazatrol or Siemens
    • Work to BS8888 drawing standards and other associated BS standards
    • Practical approach to problem solving
    • Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings, high attention to detail
    • Self-motivated individual
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure and work to tight deadlines
