At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our residential lettings team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Lettings Property Lister, you'll play a crucial role in winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction is positive and enthusiastic. You'll be responsible for generating new business in a target-driven environment, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve results.

Requirements
  • Previous estate agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license
