Salary

The hourly rate for this position is £11.44 per hour, with additional payments of £50 for sleep-ins and enhanced overtime rates.

Job Description

This role involves delivering practical, physical, social, and emotional support to individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Supported Living team in Poole and Bournemouth, ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our service users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma Level 2 or equivalent qualification, basic numeracy and literacy skills, empathy, compassion, and a full UK Manual Driver's License.
