As a key member of our team, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurants' kitchen, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing kitchen operations, following standard procedures and protocols.
- Assisting in delivering performance targets against budget, managing stock, margin, and cost control.
- Completing relevant administrative tasks, such as safety and legislative compliance checks.
- Leading and coaching the team to work productively and efficiently.
- Engaging and inspiring the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Deputy Kitchen Manager or a Second Chef, or maybe you're an experienced Sous Chef looking for the next step. We're looking for someone with:

- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment.
- Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Strong decision-making ability.
