About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Activity Worker to join our team at Samphire Ward, an adult acute mental health inpatient ward based at Chatterton House, Kings Lynn. As an Activity Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering clinically effective pathways of treatment and intervention, working within a supportive Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to champion recovery-focused, client-centred, and least restrictive practice.
Main Responsibilities
You will help the team deliver meaningful activities to our patients, offering evidence-based interventions to enhance recovery, reduce the length of admission, and promote mental health. Your personal unique perspective and contribution will be valued, and you will be given opportunities to champion this role.
