About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Activity Worker to join our team at Samphire Ward, an adult acute mental health inpatient ward based at Chatterton House, Kings Lynn. As an Activity Worker, you will work within a supportive Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver clinically effective pathways of treatment and intervention.
Main Responsibilities
You will help the team deliver meaningful activities to our patients, offering evidence-based interventions to enhance recovery, reduce the length of admission, and improve mental health. The team values your unique perspective and contribution, and you will be given opportunities to champion this role.

Key Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone with a Care Certificate, NVQ L2/3 in Health and Social Care, and evidence of good customer care skills. Experience of working within mental health is desirable, as is an understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with mental health problems or other disabilities.
