Industrial Sales Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Analog Field Application Engineer to provide technical field support for Industrial customers in the Nordic region.
About the Role
This is a key position within our Regional Sales & Distribution Team, driving opportunity, discovery, and design wins for Renesas products across Analog and Power categories.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, working closely with sales teams.
- Secure design wins through proactive customer project support, presenting and showcasing Renesas portfolios effectively.
- Establish professional connections with technical decision-makers at customer sites, providing comprehensive product training and support.
- Train distribution partners, business development managers, and fellow engineers on Renesas offerings.
- Collaborate with international teams, including US, EMEA, and Asia-based colleagues, with regular travel required within the region for customer and partner support.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant degree, accompanied by 1-2 years of experience in field application engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Technical expertise in Analog and Power fields, with an understanding of MCU/MPU and connectivity technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- The capacity to balance technical acumen with relationship-building and account management competencies.
- An adaptable, self-motivated team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively.
- Strong business acumen and strategic goal implementation capabilities.
- Fluency in native language and English.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This package includes additional benefits such as performance bonuses, health insurance, and access to ongoing training opportunities.
