About the Role

Our Family Support service provides community-based care for autistic and neurodivergent individuals to alleviate pressures on families. Working independently and as part of a team, you'll support individuals to access activities in the community, tailored to their needs and goals.

About You

We value experience, but it's not essential to have worked in health and social care or with autistic people. Our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring will equip you with the skills and tools to thrive in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to access community activities, promoting independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and expertise
