About the Role

NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled Data Assistant to join our eRostering Team at the Western General Hospital. As a Data Assistant, you will play a vital role in implementing HealthRoster, an electronic rostering system, and providing a full range of data management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from HealthRoster to SSTS (electronic time and attendance system)
  • Provide data management services, including inputting, reporting, and analysis
  • Work closely with the eRostering Operational Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the system

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and databases
  • High degree of speed and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
