We're excited to introduce the Trainee Development Specialist position, a pivotal role that drives the success of our Early Careers programme.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for apprentice and graduate success
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to leverage strengths and identify opportunities for growth
  • Managing the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer extension, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY TRAINING PROVIDERS TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY LEARNING EXPERIENCES
  • REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT TAC MEETINGS AND FORGING PARTNERSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY LEADERS
  • SUPPORTING APPRENTICES IN REACHING THEIR FULL POTENTIAL THROUGH CUSTOMISED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
  • Leveraging existing initiatives to create harmonious experiences for diverse trainee populations
  • ENSURING Meticulous REPORTING, PLANNING, AND EVALUATION PROCESSES ARE IN PLACE FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS
  • ENHANCING THE L&D DEPARTMENT'S CAPABILITIES BY IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT AND IMPLEMENTING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND TO DEGREE LEVEL OR EQUIVALENT, PREFERABLY COMPLEMENTED BY RELEVANT TRAINING OR CIPD CERTIFICATION
  • MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN L&D MANAGEMENT, SHOWCASING EXPERTISE IN THE ENTIRE L&D LIFE CYCLE
  • IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF APPRENTICESHIP PROCEDURES AND EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING WITH SCHOOLS AND TRAINING PROVIDERS
