About the Role

This Early Years Teaching Assistant position presents a unique chance to make a positive impact on young minds and create a nurturing learning environment. As a member of our Primary School team, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in designing and delivering engaging lesson plans.

This role would suit an individual with Nursery experience looking to transition into Primary Schools, where they can leverage their skills to support the educational and social development of our youngest learners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Support the class teacher in creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among children.
