We are seeking a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at a school in Rossendale, Lancashire. As a key member of our teaching support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality education and enhancing the learning experiences of students.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience of working with students across all age groups, including those with special educational needs. They will be responsible for assisting in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, as well as providing 1:1 and group support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN
  • Contribute to assessments, feedback, and reports for students
  • Help manage classroom behavior and support the emotional well-being of students

Requirements:

  • HLTA Qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a classroom or school setting
  • Ability to support students with diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
