About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ECI engineer to join A4 Plus Limited, a pioneering company developing a solution to address the world's fuel and energy production challenges. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team based in Cambridge, working on a groundbreaking project to build a first-of-a-kind green methanol plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Electrical, Control System and Instrumentation designs for the company's expanding portfolio of chemical processing plant products.
  • Prepare, review and approve drawings, layouts, specifications and sub supplier data to ensure they meet the project requirements.
  • Generate technical documentation, including P&IDs, Functional design specifications, software design specifications, Instrumentation schedules, Communication maps, Cable schedules, Logic diagrams, Termination schedules, Cable block diagrams, and report writing.
  • Define and write PLC and/or custom electronics control and instrumentation Programs using C, C++ and industry standard languages.
