Housing Assets Compliance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of the Council's housing assets. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and submit key documents to regulatory bodies and conduct regular inspections and audits of properties. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on improving fire safety and promoting continuous improvement efforts across departments.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and submit Building Safety Case Files and related applications
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of high-rise buildings
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including fire engineers and surveyors, to identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate records and reports for building safety information
