We are currently seeking a Housing and Support Specialist to join our team in Enfield. The successful candidate will work closely with vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness who have been released from prison or discharged from hospital.

As a Housing and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing housing support to vulnerable individuals
  • Assessing the needs of clients and developing personalized support plans
  • Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery

This is a temporary role with a competitive salary of £47,000 per annum. You will be required to attend our office at least once a week and occasionally work from hospitals within Enfield, primarily North Middlesex Hospital.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in working with homeless individuals
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding homelessness cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
