Product Manager

This role is a hybrid position with 2 days per week onsite in Birmingham, and will pay up to £65,000pa. As a Digital Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the digital vision and strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product roadmaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage relationships with technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and customer requirements.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
  • Lead partnerships with technology providers, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify innovative technologies and onboard new suppliers.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital products from inception to BAU.
  • Support sales and retention efforts by showcasing digital products in person and remotely.
  • Monitor product performance, ensuring KPIs are met and solutions are scalable.
  • Promote the digital strategy across the company through various internal channels.
