Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Career Development and Apprenticeship Program Manager to join our Glasgow office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing career development programs for our apprentices, managing relationships with external partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of our apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement career development programs for apprentices
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
* Manage program budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
* Monitor and evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in program management or a related field
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

The estimated salary range for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
