This will enable the senior team to make faster and more informed decisions regarding efficiency, commercial strategy, and growth. The Head of Finance will also partner with the senior team in championing financial control and understanding the business in an enthusiastic and collaborative manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, develop, and inspire direct reports to achieve their potential and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.
  2. Responsible for all financial accounting within the company, as well as statutory reporting requirements.
  3. Lead operational processes within the finance department, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, VAT, and other HMRC returns, internal controls, and banking.
  4. As part of the Management Board, contribute to strategic planning and oversight of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with previous experience as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance. They will have proven experience in managing and developing direct reports, with strong organizational and planning skills to effectively lead the team.
