Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Student Experience Coordinator to join our team at Homes for Students. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional student experience, ensuring that our students feel supported and valued throughout their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer and visitor inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person, providing accurate and appropriate advice and information
  • Operate a professional helpdesk and telephone service, promptly and helpfully responding to student queries
  • Assist students with various issues and concerns, providing solutions and referrals as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects to enhance the student experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a higher education or student accommodation setting
