Ergonomics Expert for Manufacturing Efficiency

Airbus Operations Limited is seeking an experienced Ergonomics Expert to join its Manufacturing Engineering team based in the UK. This role will be responsible for optimising human working conditions and system performance across various manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have a degree (or higher) level in Ergonomics/Human Factors and be accredited to Registered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF). They should also have experience in identifying ergonomics risk factors, proposing mitigation solutions, and influencing product development.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, car leasing scheme, and season ticket loan.

About You- Educated to degree (or higher) level in Ergonomics/Human Factors (delivered by an accredited CIEHF higher education body).

- Experience in identifying ergonomics risk factors in the workplace and proposing risk mitigation solutions.
