About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Ergonomics Consultant to join our team in Broughton. This 12-month contract position offers a chance to work on a variety of projects, influencing product development and improving manufacturing efficiency.

The successful candidate will have the ability to identify work-related ergonomic risk factors, propose solutions, and drive strategic plans for ergonomic risk reduction interventions.

This role requires strong physiology knowledge, including work analysis and knowledge on human cognitive behaviours. The ideal candidate will also have experience in anticipating risk and applying theory, principles, data, and methods to enable design that optimises human health and production system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree (or higher) level in Ergonomics/Human Factors from an accredited CIEHF higher education body
  • Accredited to Registered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) or equivalent
  • Knowledge and/or experience of relevant Regulations and Standards relating to the workplace
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
