VPG is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in managing customer relationships, preparing sales quotations, and overseeing orders from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales quotations in response to customer requests and external Sales Managers needs.
  • Oversee quotations from inception to conclusion ensuring timely followups and resolution.
  • Manage orders including entry acknowledgment dispatch planning and invoicing guided by Planning and Purchasing reports.
  • Provide swift comprehensive responses to customer inquiries regarding stock delivery and complaints striving to exceed expectations and strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate product returns and arrange credits per RMA guidelines.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and convert them into orders managing communication with suppliers and updating due dates as necessary.
  • Maintain and update sales orders customer databases and related documentation.
  • Oversee procurement activities for repairs Bonding and hazardous items including raising necessary requisitions and orders.
  • Engage proactively with existing and potential customers to support external sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with a ERP and CRM system.
  • Team player who is enthusiastic and has good communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Unafraid to take on new challenges and develop within a demanding environment.
