Key Responsibilities- Define and implement testing and acceptance processes for hardware solutions
- Contribute to hardware solution qualification within BL offers
- Industrialize selected hardware solutions from specification to final qualification
- Manage corrective and improvement action plans with hardware suppliers
- Set up technical support schemes with hardware suppliers
- Validate hardware technical offers with the Bid team in relation to projects and Solution Managers
- Plan and deliver hardware solution work packages under the direction of the Project Manager
- Conduct all work package activities, including risks and opportunities
- Manage scope, commitments, and delivery of the work package
- Issue hardware specification and design documentation
- Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Manage prototype and first batch delivery and installation
- Act as Site Manager for site surveys and installation supervision
- Manage hardware supplier follow-up, including audits, production, quality, and lead time
- Manage logistic flows for hardware components
- Manage training for installation with hardware supplier support
- Interact with hardware R&D, Product Line Manager, Hardware SME, and hardware supplier
- Engineer or Master's Degree in Mechanic or Electro-mechanic
- Technical skills: Mechanical or Electro-mechanic, Software Integration, Project Management, Crisis Management, Communication skills, English, French, Project tools, GP products knowledge
- Behavioural skills: Leadership, Autonomy, Decision making, Ability to work under pressure, Team spirit, Anticipation, Customer oriented
